Services Offered
We provide custom Wix website design, SEO audits and optimization with Moz tools, content marketing, video editing, print & branding design (business cards, trifolds, flyers — design only), website management, and HighLevel marketing automation.

 

Scope of Work
A clear proposal will outline deliverables, timelines, and costs for every project. Any changes must be agreed in writing and may affect pricing.

 

Client Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals. Delays may impact timelines and incur additional fees.

 

Fees and Payment Terms
Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments may result in project pauses and interest charges.

 

Revisions and Approvals
The number of included revisions is stated in your proposal. Extra revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

 

Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver our services.

 

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio and marketing (with your approval for sensitive work).

 

Termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. You remain responsible for all work completed up to that date.

 

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

 

Wix Partnership
M.J. Gissas Designs is an independent participant in the Wix Partner Program and is listed on the Wix Marketplace. We build websites using Wix Studio. This relationship does not imply any endorsement by Wix of our services, nor do we act as an official representative of Wix.

 

HighLevel Affiliate
M.J. Gissas Designs is an independent affiliate of HighLevel. We may receive compensation for referrals. All opinions and recommendations are our own.

 

Amendments
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
